Requirements for Travel Permit

Travel Permit for Newborn Baby

The applicant is required to submit following documents to the Mission while applying for Travel Permit for Newborn Baby (s):

1. 01 (one) copy of duly filled in application form (Downloadable from Mission’s Website)

2. Birth Certificate of Baby/Babies issued by Local Municipal Corporation

3. 03 (Three) recent Passport-size photos of baby/babies with white background

4. Passport & Visa copy of the parents

5. Marriage certificate of parents

6. Discharge certificate from Hospital

7. National Identity Card (NID) copies of Parents

8. Fees: NEFT of Rs. 1980.00 (One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty) in favour of Bangladesh Deputy Commission, Chennai (For Bank Details of Bangladesh Deputy Commission, Chennai please go to the Bank Details to Pay Consular Fees Icon)

Travel Permit for Lost Passport

The applicant is required to submit following documents to the Mission while applying for Travel Permit for Lost Passport:

1. 01 (one) copy of duly filled in application form (Downloadable from Mission’s Website)

2. Applicant’s Passport & Visa copy

3. FIR copy of local police station

4. 03 (Three) recent Passport-size photos white background (35×45 mm)

5. National Identity Card (NID)/Birth Registration Certificate (BRC) copy of Applicant

6. Fees: NEFT of Rs. 1980.00 (One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty) in favour of Bangladesh Deputy Commission, Chennai (For Bank Details of Bangladesh Deputy Commission, Chennai please go to the Bank Details to Pay Consular Fees Icon)

Travel Permit for Passport Expiry

The applicant is required to submit following documents to the Mission while applying for Travel Permit for Passport Expiry:

1. 01 (one) copy of duly filled in application form (Downloadable from Mission’s Website)

2. Applicant’s Passport & Visa copy

3. 03 (Three) recent Passport-size photos white background (35×45 mm)

4. National Identity Card (NID)/Birth Registration Certificate (BRC) copy of Applicant

5. Fees: NEFT of Rs. 1980.00 (One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty) in favour of Bangladesh Deputy Commission, Chennai (For Bank Details of Bangladesh Deputy Commission, Chennai please go to the Bank Details to Pay Consular Fees Icon)

Travel Permit for Victims/Detainees

The applicant is required to submit following documents to the Mission while applying for Travel Permit for Victims/Detainees:

1. 01 (one) copy of duly filled in application form (Downloadable from Mission’s Website)

2. Proof of Nationality

3. Court Release Order/Deportation order from India Government

4. 02 (Two) recent Passport-size photos white background (35×45 mm)
